The four steps
Proprietors submit a blind opportunity card. Acquirers register interest by level, location and ticket size.
Praecip verifies both sides, proprietor identity and authority to sell, acquirer identity, funding capacity and intent.
On a countersigned NDA the school name is revealed, alongside a structured data room, results, fees, leases, staffing.
