Not every influential teacher has grey hair. A cohort of educators barely out of training is already changing how their subjects are taught, bringing digital fluency, fresh methods and an instinct for the questions their pupils actually have rather than the ones the textbook expects.
The rising stars we met are easy to overlook on a staff list and hard to miss in a classroom. They run the clubs that did not exist last year, pilot the methods their departments later adopt, and tend to be the reason a particular subject suddenly has a waiting list. Recognising them early matters, both for the pupils they teach and for the profession they will lead.
